Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026 · EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use of the Eagle Credit iOS app and this website (together, the “Service”). By downloading the app, browsing the website, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who provides the Service

Eagle Credit is operated by EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC, 202 N Lafayette Ave, Marshall, MO, US 65340. Contact: [email protected].

The Service is an informational comparison guide for loan offers available to borrowers in the Philippines. The app is distributed on the Apple App Store for iPhone only.

2. What Eagle Credit is — and is not

Eagle Credit helps you review listed offers (amount, rate, and term), estimate cost, and see which options may match a profile, then read general reminders before you borrow.

EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC is not:

We do not issue loans, set interest, collect repayments, disburse funds, or guarantee approval, a loan amount, or a disbursement date. Credit, if any, is provided only by a licensed third-party provider under that provider’s own contract.

Nothing on the Service is an offer of credit, a solicitation to take a particular loan, or a promise that you will be accepted.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

The Service is aimed at users in the Philippines. Listings, examples, and peso figures are for that market. Availability of any provider product depends on that provider, not on us.

4. How the Service works

The app is built around four tabs:

Offers — listed loan offers with headline fields such as amount range, interest, and term. How offers are ordered is explained in section 7. Ordering is not a recommendation to take a specific loan and is not personalized financial advice.

Calculator — an illustration of monthly payment, interest, and total repayment using the figures you type in. The result is not an offer, not a quote, and not a commitment by any provider.

Eligibility — questions that help you see which listed offers may suit a profile. This is not a credit application and does not submit a request to a lender. A provider may still run its own checks if you apply with them.

Tips — general reminders (compare total cost, stay within your budget, read fees and due dates, confirm SEC registration, avoid the debt cycle). Tips are information, not personal advice.

Browsing offers, using the calculator, or completing eligibility in Eagle Credit is not a loan application and does not affect your credit standing.

You need an internet connection to use the app. We may change, suspend, or remove features, listings, or this website without notice, including for maintenance or legal reasons.

5. Loan terms shown in Eagle Credit

5.1 Ranges

Offers listed in Eagle Credit fall within the following ranges:

ItemRange
Loan amount₱1,000 – ₱30,000
Repayment periodminimum 6 months, maximum 24 months
Provider processing timefrom 3 hours

Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 20% per annum.

This maximum is expressed on a diminishing-balance basis and includes interest together with processing fees, service fees, handling fees, documentary charges, and any other cost associated with the loan. We require listed providers to stay within this ceiling as a condition of being listed.

We do not list offers that require repayment in full in 60 days or less.

5.2 Add-on rates understate the real cost

Many Philippine lenders quote an add-on rate, which charges interest on the full original amount for the whole term even though your balance goes down as you pay. A 10% add-on rate over 12 months works out to roughly 19% APR on a diminishing-balance basis.

The maximum APR above, and the example below, are stated on a diminishing-balance basis so you can compare like with like. When you see a provider quote an add-on rate, expect the true APR to be close to double.

Under the Truth in Lending Act (Republic Act No. 3765), a lender must disclose the finance charge and the effective interest rate to you in writing before you sign. Ask for it if you do not see it.

5.3 Representative example

Maximum-cost scenario listed on Eagle Credit (illustration only, not an offer):

Loan amount₱30,000
Repayment period24 months
Rate20% per annum, diminishing balance
Estimated monthly payment₱1,527
Total interest and charges₱6,650
Total amount repayable₱36,650
First payment due30 days after release

This example uses the most expensive scenario listed on Eagle Credit and includes all applicable charges. Actual cost is set by the provider.

6. Listings, figures, and ranking

Information about products may come from providers, publicly available materials, or our editorial review. Rates, fees, amounts, terms, and availability change often. We try to keep listings useful, but we do not warrant that every figure is complete, current, or error-free.

Before you apply or sign anything, you must check the provider’s current terms, including interest method (add-on or diminishing), fees, APR/EIR, penalties, the amount you will actually receive, and repayment dates.

If a provider’s page, app, or contract conflicts with what you saw in Eagle Credit, the provider’s documents control.

Provider names, logos, and product details are used for identification and comparison only and remain the property of their owners. Listing a provider is not an endorsement by us, and it does not mean that provider endorses Eagle Credit.

7. How we are paid

Eagle Credit does not charge you a fee to download the app or to browse and compare listed offers. There is no subscription, no paid tier, and no in-app purchase.

Listed providers may pay EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC when you tap through to their site or take a product. That can affect the order in which offers appear. Compensation does not change the fact that we do not issue the loan, and it does not mean we endorse a particular offer as the best one for you.

If you apply with a provider, any cost of credit — interest, fees, penalties — is between you and that provider. We do not collect loan repayments. Standard data charges from your mobile or internet provider may apply.

8. Applying with a provider

If you choose an offer, you leave the comparison flow and continue with that provider. The loan relationship — application, approval or refusal, amount disbursed, repayment, collection, and complaints about the credit — is solely between you and the provider.

You agree that:

Borrow only what you can repay. If you are already in financial difficulty, taking a new loan may make the situation worse. Consider independent advice.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

10. Intellectual property

The Eagle Credit name, logo, website, app, text, layout, and original graphics are owned by EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial information purposes, as provided, on iPhone via the App Store and in a web browser.

You may not copy the Service for a competing product, remove notices, or use our marks without written permission. Third-party names and product details remain those parties’ property.

11. Third-party services

The Service may link to provider sites, the App Store, or other third parties. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Linking is not an endorsement.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, and that listings or calculator results will meet your needs or match a later contract.

We do not warrant that a listed provider will remain authorized, that a product will stay on the list, or that you will obtain any loan.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for:

If we are nevertheless found liable in connection with the Service, our total liability is limited to five thousand Philippine pesos (₱5,000) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, and nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with a provider, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

15. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Eagle Credit.

If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the app price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product-liability claims, consumer-protection claims, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you.

You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list, as Apple may require.

You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app (for example your wireless data agreement).

16. Suspension and end of use

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and leaving the website.

We may suspend or stop providing the Service, or restrict access, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue Eagle Credit. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, App Store, and governing law) remain in effect.

17. Changes

We may change these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new date. For material changes we will give notice on the website or in the app before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete the app.

18. Complaints

19. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive venue for disputes, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights.

If a provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the Service and replace prior terms for the same subject.

Headings are for convenience only.
