Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026 · EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC

This Privacy Policy explains how EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Eagle Credit iOS app and this website (together, the “Service”). It is written for users in the Philippines and is intended to comply with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”).

Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Eagle Credit is operated by EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC, 202 N Lafayette Ave, Marshall, MO, US 65340. For the Data Privacy Act, EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC is the personal information controller of the data described in this policy.

Data protection requests: [email protected]

Use this address for any request, question, or complaint under this policy.

Eagle Credit is an informational comparison service. We are not a bank, financing company, or lending company. We do not issue loans, collect repayments, approve or reject credit, or guarantee that a provider will accept you.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers:

It does not cover websites, apps, or processes of third-party loan providers. If you leave Eagle Credit to apply with a provider, that provider’s privacy notice applies to the application.

3. What we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Service. We do not run a loan application through Eagle Credit, so we do not collect the kind of credit-file data a lender would need to grant a loan.

Apple

Download and App Store account data are processed by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your Apple ID password.

4. What we do not collect

Eagle Credit is a comparison guide. In the ordinary use of the Service we do not:

Where the app lists required documents — such as a government ID, proof of income, a selfie, or a bank statement — those are documents the provider will ask you for in its own process. Eagle Credit does not collect or receive them.

Do not upload IDs or selfies to unofficial links.

5. Why we use information

We use information to:

We do not use your Calculator or Eligibility inputs to sell you a loan, and we do not pass those inputs to providers as an application on your behalf.

Eligibility results are produced by fixed rules that match your answers against the criteria published by each listed provider. There is no profiling beyond that, and no decision with a legal or similarly significant effect is made about you.

We do not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not share it with third parties for that purpose.

6. Lawful basis

Depending on the activity, we process personal data because:

Where we rely on consent, you give it by ticking a box that is not pre-ticked, before the relevant processing starts. We keep a record of the consent given, including the date and the version of this policy you accepted.

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Withdrawal does not require you to use a lender’s product.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with banks, financing companies, or lending companies so that they can process a loan application for you through Eagle Credit.

We may share information with:

If EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC is involved in a merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may transfer to the successor as part of that deal, still subject to this policy or a successor notice.

Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably identify you may be used for statistics or product improvement.

8. When you continue with a provider

If you choose an offer and continue with a licensed provider, you leave the comparison flow. From that point:

Read that provider’s notice before you share an ID, selfie, or financial documents. Confirm that the provider is registered with and authorized by the Philippine SEC.

9. Cookies and similar technology

This website may use cookies or similar storage that are needed for the pages to work (for example to keep a session or remember a cookie banner choice). We do not currently use advertising networks on this site.

If we later add analytics, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some site features may then work less well.

The iOS app may use on-device storage so your last calculator inputs or tab state are still there when you reopen the app. That storage stays on your device unless a feature needs to send data to our servers to return a result.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

InformationRetention
Website technical logsUp to 24 months, unless needed longer for security or a dispute
Email and support messagesUp to 24 months after the request is closed
Calculator and Eligibility inputsKept on your device; if any copy reaches our servers, only as long as needed to return the result or debug, then deleted or anonymized
Record of consentFor as long as we process your data, and 5 years afterwards
Anything required by lawFor the period the law requires

We do not keep Calculator or Eligibility inputs as a credit file. When we no longer need data, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it using methods that make ordinary recovery impractical.

11. Security

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures appropriate to the nature of a comparison service — including access limits, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) on this website, and least-privilege access for staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a current iOS version and do not jailbreak the device you use for financial apps.

We will never ask you by email for passwords, OTPs, or copies of your ID. If a message claiming to be from Eagle Credit asks for those, treat it as suspicious and write to [email protected] from a known page on this site.

Data breach notification

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to give rise to a real risk of serious harm, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and the affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular 16-03.

12. Children

The Service is for individuals who can enter into a contract under Philippine law, generally 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Storage location

Servers or processors may be in the Philippines or in another country.

Under the Data Privacy Act, EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC remains accountable for your personal information even when it is transferred abroad or handled by a processor outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred, we put contractual and technical safeguards in place so that it receives a comparable level of protection to that required under Philippine law.

14. Your rights

Subject to the Data Privacy Act and its exceptions, you may:

  1. be informed that personal data about you is being processed, and of the purposes, scope, and recipients;
  2. access your personal data, including sources, manner of processing, and the date it was last accessed or changed;
  3. dispute inaccuracy and request correction or updating;
  4. data portability — request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used electronic format, where applicable;
  5. suspend, withdraw consent, or request blocking, removal, or destruction of personal data, unless we must keep it by law or to complete a service you still use;
  6. object to processing in the cases allowed by law, including processing for direct marketing;
  7. claim damages for inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal information; and
  8. file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

How to exercise them

Write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the request. We may need to verify that we are speaking with you.

We respond within 15 business days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission. The NPC generally expects you to raise the matter with us first.

15. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect the Service, the law, or NPC guidance. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised policy, except where the law requires a different form of notice or consent.

16. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy:

You may also contact the National Privacy Commission if you are not satisfied with our response.
