Offers
See listed offers with amount, interest, and term on each card. Opening a card is just for comparison. If you tap through, you continue with the provider — the order of offers is not a recommendation to take that loan.
Compare amount, rate, and term from licensed providers — in one free iPhone app — before you apply.
If you pick an offer, you continue with that provider. Looking around in Eagle Credit is not a loan application.
Download on the App StoreLoan ads in the Philippines often show one big number. Fees, term, and add-on vs diminishing interest change what you actually pay. Eagle Credit puts listed offers side by side so you can read the figures first.
Four tabs: Offers, Calculator, Eligibility, and Tips. You compare in the app. You only leave if you decide to apply with a licensed provider.
Before you apply, check that the provider is registered with the Philippine SEC. An approval is not the same as money in your account. Don’t send your ID or selfie to unofficial links.

Get a sample monthly payment, interest, and total repayment. It’s a guide, not a quote. Real rates, fees, APR, and EIR come from the provider and may be higher.
Answer a few questions to see which listed offers may fit. This is not a credit application. If you apply later, the provider can still run its own checks.
Quick reminders: look at total cost, not just a daily rate; borrow only what you can repay; read fees and due dates; confirm SEC registration. General info — not personal advice.
Three steps. You apply with a provider only if you want to.
Get Eagle Credit on the App Store for iPhone. Opening the app, browsing offers, or using the calculator is not a loan application.
Check listed offers, run a sample cost, and see what may match your profile. Look at amount, rate, term, and total repayment — not just the headline rate.
If you choose an offer, you continue with that licensed provider. They set the amount, the terms, and the repayment — not Eagle Credit.
Eagle Credit is operated by EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC, 202 N Lafayette Ave, Marshall, MO, US 65340.
We are not a bank, a financing company, or a lending company. We do not lend, so we do not hold a lending licence or a Certificate of Authority from the SEC, and we are not required to. The providers you compare must hold one — and we tell you how to check it.
We do not issue loans, approve applications, set interest rates, release funds, or collect repayments. If you take a loan, the contract is between you and the provider.

Each offer shows the same fields: amount, rate, and term. No need to open a different site for every provider just to see the headline numbers.
Downloading the app and comparing listed offers is free. If you apply, any cost of credit is between you and the provider.
You compare in the iOS app, with an internet connection. You don’t need to visit a branch just to look at listed offers.
The calculator shows a sample repayment before you tap through. It doesn’t replace the provider’s contract, fees, or APR/EIR.
Eagle Credit is a comparison guide. We don’t approve applications, release funds, or promise that a provider will accept you.
The Tips tab covers the basics: check total cost, stay within your budget, read the terms, and verify SEC registration before you share documents.
Using Eagle Credit is free. There is no subscription, no paid tier, and no in-app purchase.
Participating providers may pay EAGLE ROCK CREDIT, LLC when you tap through to their site or take a product. That can affect the order in which offers appear, so we say it here rather than leaving it in the terms.
A small daily or monthly rate can still add up once fees and the interest method are included. Add-on interest is charged on the original amount for the whole term. Diminishing interest is charged on the remaining balance, so the total is often lower for the same headline rate. A 10% add-on over 12 months is roughly 19% APR on a diminishing-balance basis.
Listed offers stay within ₱1,000–₱30,000, 6–24 months, and a maximum 20% APR on a diminishing-balance basis (including fees). We do not list products that must be repaid in 60 days or less.
Example (not an offer, maximum listed cost): ₱30,000 for 24 months at 20% p.a. diminishing ≈ ₱1,527 a month, ₱6,650 in interest and charges, ₱36,650 total. First payment is due 30 days after release. Actual cost is set by the provider.
A 10% add-on rate over 12 months works out to roughly 19% APR. Ask which method applies before you compare anything else.
The Truth in Lending Act (Republic Act No. 3765) requires the lender to disclose the finance charge and the effective interest rate in writing before you sign. If they will not put it in writing, that is your answer.
Processing fees, service fees, and documentary charges are sometimes deducted before release. The amount approved and the amount that lands in your account are not always the same number.
Add every payment together. A low monthly figure over a long term can cost more than a higher one over a short term.
Ask for the penalty rate, when it starts, and how collection works. Get it in writing too.
You can run the numbers in the Eagle Credit Calculator before you apply.
Cash loans, salary loans, and app credit are easy to find in ads. Looking only at “from 0%” or a tiny daily rate is not enough. Ask what you’ll pay in total, when it’s due, what happens if you’re late, and whether the company is allowed to lend.
Eagle Credit helps you slow down: compare more than one listed offer, run a sample calculation, and check a short eligibility screen before you send documents. Still do your own checks:
Confirm SEC registration and authority to operate.
Read the full terms, including penalties and how much you will actually receive.
Don’t treat an approval message as a guarantee of disbursement.
Don’t take a new loan just to pay an old one if that digs you in deeper.
Lending decisions belong to the provider. Listings can change. If their page or contract says something different from the app, their documents win.
Short version: very little leaves your phone.
What we do collect: the figures you enter to get an estimate, the answers you give in Eligibility, basic device data so the app works, and anything you send us by email.
If you apply with a provider, you leave Eagle Credit and that provider collects whatever its own application requires, under its own privacy notice.
